MOONACHIE, NJ - Acrison’s Model 170-MI-5 Volumetric Feeder has been specifically designed to accurately and reliably meter a wide range of dry solid ingredients at feed rates as low as 0.0012 Cubic Feet per hour.
Designed with quick-disconnect features throughout, the entire feeder can be disassembled / reassembled in just minutes without the need for any tools whatsoever.
The Model 170-MI-5 is designed for total product cleanout and is ideal for those applications where frequent product changeover is a requirement.
Thorough cleaning has been made simple and quick making the Model 170-MI-5 ideally suited for both sanitary and pharmaceutical applications.
Maintenance requirements are minimal and equipment longevity is exceptional resulting in an extremely low overall cost-of-ownership.
Available as a Volumetric Feeder or as the Metering Device of certain Model "Weight-Loss" weigh feeders, the Model 170-MI-5 offers users a broad choice of options including construction suitable for 3A Sanitary duty.
