AU$11 million CBH Ship Loader refurbishment contract

PERTH - AGC Industries Pty Ltd ('AGC') would like to announce that they have secured a contract valued at AU$11 million to refurbish Kwinana Ship Loaders 3 & 4 at the Kwinana Grain Jetty for Cooperative Bulk Handling Ltd (“CBH”).

AGC Industries Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of AusGroup Limited, a leading Australian based fabrication, manufacturing, construction and integrated services company.

The scope of work will cover the installation of scaffolding, encapsulation, surface treatment and mechanical and structural repairs. The project is due to commence in May 2012.

This award further extends AusGroup‟s on-going relationship with Co-Operative Bulk Handling Group, with whom AGC have been providing services to since 2009.

“This contract is another excellent opportunity for AGC to demonstrate our ability to manage and deliver a vast range of our services under one contract” said Mr Laurie Barlow, AusGroup CEO. “Our reputation for safety and our combined „Perfect Day‟ safety philosophy will enable the safe and effective delivery of this contract.

With this contract award, AusGroup‟s order book today stands at AU$443 million.
