AVA delivers first compact system for seed mixtures

HERRSCHING - A newly emerging application for AVA mixers is the production of seed blends. AVA delivered the first compact system to an established German seed processing company (contract manufacturing).
The centerpiece of the system is an AVA horizontal dryer HTC 350. The entire machine is made of stainless steel, material no. 1.4541. Additionally, we delivered the entire steel structure as well as the circuit and 5 movable containers for charging and draining including docking systems.
The individual batch components are filled into a movable container, which docks with the HTC 350 in order to drain the components into the mixer. After the components have been mixed in a gentle mode, the batch is filled into a movable container docked with the mixer on the bottom side and brought to the barreling plant.
The customer was convinced by the compactness of the plant, the low local requirements and the cost-effective design.
