Cable free solution for level measurement

ASHKELON - Solid Applied Technologies recently released a cable-free solution for level measurement in silo farms. The solution is based on two components: GaugerGSM sensor and GaugerNET monitor.
GaugerGSM is an ultrasonic level sensor integrated with GSM cellular communications. The system measures level and temperature and transmits measurement results over a cellular network. Measurement range is up to 9.5 meters, depending on target type whether liquid, grains, pellets, compound feed or other. The system can be fed from a battery pack and operate in low power mode for an extended lifetime before battery replacement. GaugerGSM can be purchased with Intrinsic Safe certifications (ATEX and IECEX).
GaugerNET is web monitoring server for collecting field data from GaugerGSM systems and presenting the data over the Internet.
GaugerNET supports hundreds of fielded sensors. With GaugerNET, authorized workers equipped with standard browser can view status at each site and overall project status.
GaugerNET server is available at all times and may be accessed from desktops, laptops and Smartphones.
The worker can view site specific information such as level changes through the week and overall project information such as total inventory at a point in time.
Information is presented in friendly graphic charts and tables. Location maps and e-mail alerts (for example temperature too high) are also supported by GaugerNET.
