Change in Executive Board of SAMSON AG

FRANKFURT AM MAIN - In its meeting on 23 April 2012, the Supervisory Board of SAMSON AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT named Mr. Hans-Erich Grimm Vice Chairman of the Executive Board.
Mr. Grimm has been on the Board since 2004; he is responsible for sales and marketing. In the Supervisory Board meeting on 26 March 2012, Dr. Ingo Koch was named new member of the Executive Board. Dr. Koch is responsible for finance and administration, and succeeds Dipl.-Kfm. Gerd Jochem in this position, who left the Executive Board of SAMSON AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT in December 2011. Dr. Koch studied business administration at Frankfurt am Main and obtained a doctoral degree in Munich. He filled various positions at MAN and served the last eleven years as chief financial officer at manroland AG.
