ATTNANG-PUCHHEIM - The building material industry uses more and more fibre. To keep pace with these demand doubrava developed the „Fiber Batch Feeder - FBF“.
The compact design of the FBF (Fiber Batch Feeder) permits an installation in limited space.
The so called „FLEX-Container“ allows a quick change of fibres without cleaning procedures.
Syntetic an organic fibres can be processed with the FBF.
The FBF can be filled by bags or by Big-Bags. A rotating and special device is used for a precise dosing of the fibres. The dosing process is controlled by high resolution load cells.
The „FBF - Fiber Batch Feeder“ is available in two versions:
- stand alone dosing system with integrated process control system
- dosing system with interface to the plant process control system
