Enlargement of TLB weight transmitters family

MONTECHIARUGOLO - LAUMAS Elettronica, Italy's leader in the weighing and batching industry, introduces the new TLBPROFINET IO weight transmitter and indicator.
The TLBPROFINET IO weight transmitter and indicator (for Omega/DIN rail) is suitable for back panel mounting, because of its space-saving vertical shape. The TLBPROFINET IO has a six-digit semi alphanumeric display (8mm h), 7 segment LED, and four buttons.
The dimensions are 25x115x120 mm.
The instrument is equipped with two communication ports:
- Slave PROFINET IO port.

RS485 for connection to:
- PC/PLC up to 32 instruments (max 99 with line repeaters) by ASCII Laumas protocol (compatible with W60000) or ModBus RTU protocol. Optional Protocols: Profi bus DB, Ethernet/ModbusTCP, USB and Radio by appropriate converter.
- Remote display.
Theoretical calibration can easily be done with the use of buttons.
The TLBPROFINET IO weight transmitter has OIML R61 approval (for Automatic Gravimetric Filling Instruments) according to WELMEC Guide 8.8:2011 (MID), and is CE-M approved (EN45501-2009/23/EC-OIML R76:2006).
The new TLB series of weight transmitters are designed to be integrated in any type of industrial plant.
They can be interfaced with the most prestigious international brands of PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley - Rockwell Automation, Omron, Telemecanique - Schneider Electric , Panasonic, etc.), either via analogue output or via the most popular fieldbuses on the market, such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Profibus DP, Profinet IO, Ethernet IP, Ethernet TCP/IP, EtherCAT, DeviceNet and CANopen.
