Fluidizing with aeration and vibration

ROCK FALLS, IL - “Because of the unique combining of both aeration and gentle vibration the Model DA disc aerator available from BlueLevel Technologies is one of the best fluidizers available”, says Joe Lewis, Managing Director of BlueLevel Technologies, Inc.
The Model DA disc aerator is a 4” diameter aerator using FDA compliant silicone in either blue or white. The hardware is zinc plated steel. Unlike other disc aerators on the market the unique Model DA disc covers the air openings in the air inlet pipe reducing possible material backflow into the air lines.
Each Model DA disc aerator can aerate an approximate 20-24” diameter area and are designed for periodic operation using higher 20-30psi air pressure than standard rectangular pads. The Model DA disc aerator can mount from inside or external to the bin. External mounting kits are available to replace rectangular, oval and round aerators from outside the bin with ease.
