HF Drawer Magnet Cleans “On-The-Fly”

“As our tube assemblies travel outside the housing, grommets wipe the tubes clean all the way to their nonmagnetic tapered ends,” stated Rick Bigham, Bunting® Product Manager for Magnetic Separation. “This ensures that each cartridge is fully wiped and prevents captured tramp iron from reentering the housings.”

By allowing the magnets to be self-cleaned while product is still flowing, Bunting® Magnetics Pneumatic Continuous-Cleaning HF Drawer Magnets provide magnetic protection during the entire manufacturing process. This product has a standard 2-row model but is available with 3- and 4-row trays as well.
