VILLANOVA SULL' ARDA - In the field of the particle size reduction and of the mixing technology, which are NUOVA GUSEO’s strength, the whole range has been diversified in the years, planning and manufacturing new applications.
One of the latest is represented by an integrated system consisting of a dosing unit with 100 liters capacity hopper, loaded by means of a pneumatic conveyor, a fluid jet mill type Micronette M 300 (300mm diameter of the micronization chamber) directly connected through Stainless Steel piping to the ribbon blender, 2000 liters useful capacity, four-bladed propeller equipped with counter-convergent spirals.
The discharging mouth, completely removable, pneumatically operated, and shaped in such a way as to avoid points of non-mixed material.
The blender is integrated with a high efficiency cyclone filter, complete with automatic back-washing system by compressed air and adjusting electronic board.
A supporting structure with balcony is built around the blender in order to grant an easy access to the inspection cover.
The discharged product will be transferred through a belt conveyor to the packing station, equipped with electronic board for the control of the filling process, drum filling device and roller table.
