Intensiv-Filter presents energy-efficient filter plants

Decisive subjects of the ACHEMA 2012 are energy and raw materials. The minimisation of energy consumption of the entire plant and with it also of the filtering installation, is today one of the most important points when deciding which equipment is used. The adequate energy saving technologies and especially economical installations play for energy-intensive industrial processes the major role.

The plant manufacturer Intensiv-Filter is specified on it and presents from June 18th to June 22nd, 2012 his solutions for more energy-efficient filter technology. Under the motto "Energy-efficient filtering installations" Intensiv-Filter will inform about proven applications of dust separating plants as well as about the optimisation of energy costs for industrial filter plants. 

A component of the trend-setting and energy-saving technology solutions of Intensiv-Filter is the "Three E" technology (enhanced energy efficiency). With it energy savings can be realised up to 40%. Innovative filter media with which a nearly pure surface filtration is realised also have their portion in more energy-efficient filtering installations. The expert system "ProExpertise" identifies the optimum operating point concerning the electric energy by determining and comparing the operating parameter of existing and new filter plants.

As a supplier of complete solutions a filtering installation of Intensiv-Filter can also be a core of a turnkey plant which contains the whole system from planning, engineering, about manufacturing and assembly up to commissioning.
