New dry mixing line dedicated to infant formula

Nutridar wanted to start producing a new recipe integrating Probiotics into infant formula. The new dry mixing line should be able to integrate micro-ingredients while maintaining the highest product quality standards. Furthermore, it had to fit into the existing installation without affecting existing production.

The Solution
Prioritising high quality, food safety and flexibility in production, Nutridar looked for a solution including state-of-the-art technology and performance.

Alain Francis of Guerin Systems presented a solution meeting Nutridar’s requirements and offered an installation that included Guerin Systems’ latest dry mixing technology with the new twin shaft paddle mixer.

Thanks to the high mixing performances, the size of the mixer was decreased while the number of batches were increased.

The Result
The flexibility and technology of the new mixing technology and high level of automation programmed for the new line secures increased efficiency and highest product quality while ergonomy is also improved.
