New High Speed CHECK WEIGHING Bundle

SAN DIEGO, CA - Hardy Process Solutions introduces its new high speed HI 4050CW CHECK WEIGHING bundle, processing up to 250 high resolution weight measurements per minute, resulting in higher productivity and considerable cost savings.
The bundle consists of a special version of Hardy’s HI 4050 weight transmitter with a digital load cell interface card and a high speed, high resolution, shock resistant Digital Sensor Point (DSP), capable of 0.50 gram resolution. It is easily integrated with existing hardware and is a perfect fit for building new systems for static and dynamic check weighing or retrofitting older, less reliable systems.
The hermetically sealed DSP provides fast, accurate and repeatable response to change-in-weight conditions. With no moving parts and a laser welded assembly, it will provide a robust, long lasting solution in the most challenging environments.
Smart features added include an edge detection algorithm that automatically starts weight processing when a load settles onto the scale, eliminating the need for switches, photo-eyes and vision systems. It’s easily connected to a PLC, DCS or PC using a variety of connectivity options.
