The smallest twin screw feeder in the world

SEON - Three-Tec developed the smallest twin screw feeder in the world which allows dosing of poorly or non flowing powders with ffc between 5 and 1.
With this feeder, continuous feeding of 0.005 liter per hour up to 2 liter per hour is possible. The bulk gets discharged gentle and almost completely by the tray wiper. The bulk remaining inside the hopper is far less than 1 gramme. This is a significant innovation for lab use and for the product development because the raw material consumtion can be reduced to a minimum.
The double screw flat-tray feeder is equipped with easily replaceable dosing tools that facilitate the adaptation to the bulk material and is available as a volumetric or gravimetric feeder. The feeder is easy to clean and easy to disassemble by quick clamps without using any tools.
The same type of feeder is not only available with 5mm double screws, but is also available with 9mm, 12mm, 16mm, 22mm, 32mm and 55mm double screws. With the biggest feeder, feed rates of 20`000 liters per hour can be reached. Three-Tec is very strong in their ability to find feeding solutions adjusted to customers needs.
