Unique mobile shiploader for gypsum and bottom ash

GDF Suez, a French multinational electric utility company, will be using the mobile shiploader for loading bottom ash and gypsum.

The unique construction of the mobile shiploader keeps it very slim, compact and extremely manoeuvrable, and also gives it very high handling rates.

The mobile shiploader can be moved by a shovel but is also self-propelled.

The contract also includes:

• A dosing hopper / Bunker including integral belt feeder allowing a controlled feed rate using loading shovels,
• A heavy duty belt conveyor including platforms for the storage of bottom ash,
• A belt conveyor for the loading of gypsum,
• A transfer conveyor,
• Other necessary structures.
