EMT

EMT is specialised in developing and producing blending and bagging equipment. EMT is located in ‘t Zand, The Netherlands. EMT has sold and transported over 400 machines to satisfied customers in over 40 countries. The high customer satisfaction is because every single one on these machines is adjusted and made according to customer requirements. EMT has a selling and service network through representatives in the whole of Europe. The machinery is adapted at the EMT facility for either the European or the worldwide market.

EMT has its own research and development centre where the engineers design new machines or adjust existing machines to customer demands by using a 3-D Cad system. To comply with customer demands, EMT has got a lot of parts in stock, to assure the customer a quick delivery.

EMT is a family shareholder company owned by; Gustaaf and Janco Zeeman. The Zeeman family has lived in North-Holland for over 200 years. The family company is established in 1908 and nowadays it has 2 primary activities. The oldest is a local activity for grain storage and fertilizer supplies to local farms. The other activity is the machine production factory; EMT. There are total of 25 employees divided over the 2 facilities; EMT and N.J. Zeeman B.V. EMT offers a wide range of bagging equipment. EMT develops single and double units to fill 50 Kg bags, with a capacity between 20-40 ton per hour.

For filling big bags (FIBC/Jumbo bags) EMT produces the fixed and portable bagging lines with small to high capacities. EMT offers the following products for blending: Shamrock, Vertical, Smithbuilt, Kraus/Tyler and the Weighcont blender. The Weighcont blender is a continuously operating weighing system that can be produced with an unlimited number of hoppers. This unit can reach a capacity of 20 to 250 ton per hour.

The conveyor-belts, elevators, blenders and bagging lines have been built modular and to customer demands. At EMT we have our own technicians, who install and adjust the machinery. All machinery meets CE-requirements (Conformité Européenne), which applies to all European Union - and EVA countries.
