Founded in 1987, Hanningfield Process Systems are experts in the design and manufacture of stainless steel process equipment for the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and allied industries. Hanningfield specialise across 5 distinct areas; material conveying, size reduction, powder recovery, hoist systems and custom engineered solutions.

Hanningfield’s main products include; vacuum conveyors, capsule conveyors, size reduction mills, lump breakers, powder recovery cyclones, hygienic process valves, silicone caps and sleeves, hoist lift systems and many other products and services. Our strength also lies in our ability to create custom engineered systems for solving unique and niche problems which a customer might encounter.

Hanningfield manufacture equipment at our UK Headquarters, upholding the traditions of British engineering with a focus on quality and attention to detail. Factory facilities include: machine shop with universal milling machines and lathes; fabrication and sheet metal work department with folding machine, rolling machine, conical rollers, guillotine etc; welding facilities, including TIG welding; high quality polishing machine facilities for stainless steel; and assembly and control panel manufacture.
