The company’s primary objective is the design, manufacture and supply of complete systems catering for the receival, storage and metered recovery to process of a wide range of dry powdered bulk materials.
Lime Systems – Bulk Storage Solutions will carry out the complete civil, structural, mechanical and electrical design of receival and storage facilities for any dry, bulk product including but not limited to cement, quicklime, hydrated lime, ferro silicon, fly ash, coal, titanium dioxide, oxide pigments, sugar, flour, soda ash, bentonite, Ammonium nitrate, flocculants, Xanthates, and kaolin. The designs include the delivery system (product acceptance), complete with reverse pulse dust collection, flow enhancement (to ensure discharge of the product on demand) and the required metering of the product into the downstream process or transfer throughout your plant. Lime Systems engineers will work with your personnel to ensure optimisation of the supplied equipment with regards to the on site storage required, site space limitations, delivery constraints and other plant operating conditions.
